Royce Kids @ Liang Court

Sunday, another trial session time. This time round, we had it @ Royce Kids @ Liang Court. Though I had a great time, mummy and daddy don't find the session any beneficial at all. Daddy even heard other daddies complaining that it's a waste of time & $.

My review is room too small, activities not very interesting and worst of all, they only allows mummies inside the play area. Poor daddies only get to stand outside and take pics. Haiz...

But still it's an experience for darling. Now that I can take a few steps, mummy had a hard time following behind me...heee...

My cute mummy and pretty princess...

I am in my walking shoes!

Super duper proud to be able to take a few steps now...

I am NICOLE

Too tired, had a nap with Minnie Mouse...

Heee, laze around for awhile...

Giving Alexis-jiejie a hug...

HUGGGGGGGGGG....

Bubble bubble time...

SMILE for the camera...

Arggggggg, my angry face....wuahahaha

Poor daddies...can only view from outside...

A Little Princess Walking

Princess managed to walk more than 10 steps. Few months back, darling already can walk while holding on to her hands. Now, I am slowly trying to walk by myself. A big milestone right? My walking is still not very steady, darling promise to practise more and show u when i start to roam around the house.

Bento "tools"

Mummy's next project is to create Bento set for darling. Too young to start right? Yeah, u're right! But you see, to create bento is not easy. Not just cut and mould and u get what u want. It's about putting the effort to be creative and the time to practise.

Few weeks back, she went Diaso to get some moulds and Bento "tools". In addition to these, she also bought the cute toothpicks, plastic decorations, lunch box, sushi moulds, etc...Dont think we can use all these "tools" now except for the bread cutter I guess. Will keep u updated once we have start our bento project. Heee...

Fruits & Vegetables

Today, mummy decided to teach darling on the lesson of fruits and vegetables. So I have to grab her wallet and make sure I have enuff money to get the things she wants.

Let me count....

Hee, seems like we have enuff...come let's go...

We have lots of items on the list; broccoli, pumpkin, apple, grapes, bananas...

Time to make payment. How much auntie?

Let me give u the exact amount. Wait ah, I have to count slowly....

Just a little game we had in the afternoon. Yesterday, mummy bought lots of fruits and vegetables toys for darling. Other than seeing them on flashcards, books and in NTUC, these will help darling to be familarised with them.
Mummy will tell me what she wants, and I will put the item into the hello kitty trolley. I always get the right items she wants. Darling is so clever. Wuahaha....

My Very Own Poster

Yes, my poster is now up on the wall! And it's huge and NICE...heeee...

DIY Flashcards

DIY time again...this time round, it's flashcards...mummy has made lots and lots of flashcards for darling. We had a huge list of categories now. I enjoyed flashcards time. Mummy will flash the cards to darling once before she goes to work and another time in the evening. We really had fun.

Understand there are some mummies who are interested to know how to DIY, so here are the infor:

1. blank flashcards - order from hiap moh
(paper size that mummy bought is A5 300gsm one side glossy one side matt)

2. tools - UHU glue is a MUST. wont be nice if u use the watery glue type, so buy UHU glue. Another tool that is a must is the paper cutter. Thanks to daddy, he bought this for mummy. Really ease the cutting.

3. links to flashcards - can get from google..tons of links out there..but here are a few recommended links:

www.brillkids.com (mummy's fav)
www.eslflashcards.com
www.mes-english.com

Step: Just print, cut and paste onto the flashcards. Paste the picture on the matt side and word on the glossy side.

Samples for your viewing.

Hope the above helps mummies who are interested to know about DIY flashcards. If you got any questions, hahaha, contact my mummy. She will be very willing to guide u. Wuahaha, my mummy is a DIY queen!

My first time @ a beach! Darling was pretty scared of the water and the sandy beach.
